Jessel Taank Shades Jenna Lyons On ‘WWHL’: “She Smells Bad”

Jessel Taank‘s opinions are more up-and-coming than Tribeca. When the Real Housewives of New York City star stopped by the Bravo Clubhouse for Tuesday night’s (Nov. 5) episode of Watch What Happens Live, she brutally shaded her co-star Jenna Lyons in more ways than one.

In honor of Ubah Hassan calling Taank a “basic bitch” in last night’s episode of RHONY, host Andy Cohen asked the fashion publicist to name the most basic things about each of her castmates.

Without much hesitation, Taank pointed to Erin Lichy‘s love of “cardigans” and Brynn Whitfield‘s affinity for a “bottomless brunch” as the most basic things about them. And she couldn’t even name one basic thing about Racquel Chevremont and Hassan, despite wanting badly to “get revenge” on the latter.

However, Taank got a little more shady when it came to Lyons, whom she called a “denim-wearing cat lady.”

And she wasn’t done there.

At the end of the taping, Taank was tasked with describing what each of her castmates typically smell like — which was a callback to when she told Lichy she smelled bad in the new RHONY episode.

When Lyons’ face popped on the screen, Taank bluntly said, “Oh, she smells bad, too, though. She wears natural deodorant.”

Taank also noted that Whitfield smells “fresh like lotion” and that, while she wasn’t sure about Chevremont’s signature scent, she assumed her co-star “would smell musty.” When it came time to describe Rebecca Minkoff‘s smell, Taank cringed her face and pleaded the fifth.

Meanwhile, she backtracked on her initial observation about Lichy — who, according to Taank, is also a frequent user of natural deodorant.

“Erin smells good — except for that one day,” she said, referring to Lichy’s event in the episode. “But I think it was the guacamole with the onion.”
