‘Your Honor’

Showtime’s new drama Your Honor is now streaming on Netflix. Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston plays a respected judge in New Orleans who finds himself on the other side of the law after his son is involved in a fatal hit-and-run that affects a powerful family. Cranston and his character flawlessly adapts to the high-stakes drama as he goes from being a loving father and humanistic judge to a desperate man trying to protect his family. The show was met with little buzz when it premiered earlier this year but the series truly hits the ground running with its pilot episode. It has a slow and curious start before the viewer is suddenly plunged straight into the drama of a pair of deeply sympathetic – if broken – characters.
